Returns & Exchanges

ARLi offers a 30 day return policy. 
Refunds will be processed in your original form of payment for all eligible items shipped within 30 days of receipt.
All returns that exceed the return policy will be issued a store credit in place of a refund or exchange.
Returned items must be in their original condition - unworn and undamaged, with tags still attached. 
ARLi is not responsible for returns that are lost in transit. 
We recommend you use a shipping service with tracking number capability. 
 
If you are a gift recipient and need to make a return, then we will refund you in the form of ARLi store credit for any future purchases on our site, if your items(s) is eligible for a return. 
 
Please note that some of our items are final sale and is not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. 
 
Return approval is at the discretion of shopARLi.com and we reserve the right to deny any return that does not comply with our policy.
 
To process return, please:
Include a copy of your packing list or receipt with any return so that it may be quickly processed.
Carefully pack your return in its original packaging.
All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
